A man D.C. police believe was high on synthetic drugs kicked a senior citizen in the head Tuesday night in front of the Chinatown location of Starbucks.
A man witnessed by News4’s Jackie Bensen approached a senior citizen waiting for a southbound 70 or 74 bus at 7th and I streets NW about 8:15 p.m. and began to assault him. The attacker knocked the unsuspecting man to the ground and kicked him in the head on the busy street.
